Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns.  As a small, independently owned business we can only accept exchanges for store credit. 

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can send it back within 10 days of when you received for store credit. Please note, store credit cannot be used for custom orders. To be eligible for an exchange item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition it which it was received. We do not pay for return shipping. To make an exchange, email [email protected]

All custom, sale and discounted pieces are final sale.  

[Please know your size when ordering a ring. As previously stated, we do not offer refunds, only exchanges.]


Shipping & Pick Up

Please allow 1-3 weeks for production on all made to order items. Items marked as "ready to ship" to will ship within 2-5 business days. Items marked as "made to order" will typically take 1-3 weeks (unless specified otherwise). If you need an order sooner or by a specific date, please email us to discuss prior to purchasing. 

Repairs
Each item is handmade with a lot of love, detail and attention using the highest quality materials. However, jewelry is delicate and needs to be handled with care. We are not responsible for any damage caused by regular wear and tear or rough handling. 

Repairs are offered on a case by case basis. Please send an email if you are looking for a repair of a Tess Davis Jewelry item, and we will get back to you for an estimate of the repair upon assessing the item.
